At Oje, each shirt is thoughtfully created on demand, exclusively for you. To ensure our garments reach customers who truly value them, we request a modest advance of ₹250 on all Cash-on-Delivery orders.

This ₹250 is not an additional fee. It applies directly toward your order total—you simply settle the remaining amount in cash upon delivery.


Why nominal advance?

Validates purchase intent – A nominal upfront payment assures us of your commitment, minimising doorstep rejections.

Offsets reverse shipping – If a package returns unaccepted, this amount helps absorb the expense of round-trip logistics.


Split COD Process

  1. Shop and fill your cart – Pick your favourites and head to checkout.
  2. Opt for Partial COD – The payment screen will present this option.
  3. Submit ₹250 online – Complete payment through UPI, card, or netbanking.
  4. Get your order confirmation – You'll receive an email/SMS detailing your advance and the outstanding balance.
  5. Clear the balance at delivery – Pay the courier the remaining sum when your order arrives.

Do Not Miss

  • Your ₹250 counts toward your purchase total—there's no hidden or extra charge involved.
  • Choosing not to accept your order or skipping the balance payment? The upfront amount will be retained by us to manage the shipping costs incurred and won't be refunded.
  • Something wrong with your delivery? If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@ojeliving.com within 48 hours. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, ₹250 included, following our Returns Policy.
  • Cancellation from our side? In rare cases, like an item going out of stock, your entire ₹250 goes back to the payment method you used.
  • Refunds on COD purchases: Any refund for a returned COD order will be issued as store credit, which remains valid for 90 days from when it's issued.
  • Once you've accepted delivery, our regular terms kick in—returns within 48 hours, ₹100 deducted per return, and no returns on discounted or custom orders.

Common Questions

Is ₹250 charged on top of my order? No. It's counted toward your purchase—your cash payment at delivery is reduced accordingly.

Why exactly ₹250? It's a reasonable sum—sufficient to signal commitment without being a burden, and roughly equivalent to one-way shipping should the order return.

When do I pay the remaining amount? At your doorstep. Hand over the balance in cash to the delivery executive.

What happens if I'm not available for delivery? Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. Monitor your tracking details and coordinate with them, or contact us at support@ojeliving.com to prevent the order from returning to us.
