Raise a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery.
I confirm the item is unused, with original labels and the tote bag intact, ready to be sent back.
I confirm a reverse pickup from my delivery address. The courier partner will contact me to collect the package.
For returns, a ₹100 return fee per item is deducted from the refund as per our return policy. Exchanges carry no fee.
