Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Size exchange policy:

We offer product replacements of the same style and not across style. We offer a free first-size exchange on every item in your order. To initiate a exchange:

  1. Raise it from our Returns & Exchanges page within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, product name, current size, and requested size.
  3. Items must be in their original condition with tags intact and unused.
  4. After your first free exchange, additional size exchanges will incur the standard fee of ₹100 fee per item.
  5. All size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we'll issue store credit for the item.

Returns:

We offer a 48-hour no-questions-asked returns! To initiate a return:

  1. Raise it from our Returns & Exchanges page with your order number within 48 hours of receiving your order. No returns raised after this window will be processed.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and contact details when raising the request.
  3. Items must be in their original condition and include all labels. Items must be in an unused, unwashed, and unaltered state.
  4. The cost of the return request is ₹ 100 per item, which will be deducted from your refund.
  5. Refunds on COD purchases: Any refund for a returned COD order will be issued as store credit, which remains valid for 90 days from when it's issued.

Return exclusions:

Returns will not be accepted if:

  1. The item was custom-made (e.g., personalized sizing or design).
  2. The item was not returned in its original condition (with tags intact, unused, and unaltered).

Return pickup attempts:

  • Return pickups will be attempted within 1–4 business days from the date of the request.
  • A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made.
  • Service availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
    If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area, you’ll need to ship the product(s) to the following address:

Return shipping instructions:

  • Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  • Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Refund Timeline:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed and credited within 14-30 business days to your original payment method except for partial COD (in case of partial COD, refund will be issued as store credit, which remains valid for 90 days).
