Exchange

We offer free first-size exchanges on all items—same style only!

To request an exchange, raise it from our Returns & Exchanges page within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags intact. If your requested size is unavailable, we'll issue store credit for the item.

Returns

Items purchased during the Oje' Anniversary Sale are not eligible for return. Size exchanges requested within 48 hours of delivery will be fulfilled.

For full price items, we offer no-questions-asked returns within 48 hours of delivery! Requests made after 48 hours won't be accepted. To request a return:

Raise it from our Returns & Exchanges page with your order number. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags intact. Custom-made, used, and discounted items are not returnable.

A ₹100 per item return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 14–30 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
