Returns

We offer no-questions-asked returns within 48 hours of delivery! Requests made after 48 hours won’t be accepted. To request a return:

Email support@ojeliving.com with your order number, product name, and contact details. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags intact. Custom-made, used, and discounted items are not returnable.

A ₹100 per item return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 14–30 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
