We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.

During Oje' Anniversary sale, due to high order volumes, deliveries may take 10–14 business days.

Currently, we ship only within India—but international shipping is coming soon.

Exchange

We offer free first-size exchanges on all items—same style only!

To request an exchange, email support@ojeliving.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, product name, current size, and new size. Items must be unused, with tags intact. If your requested size is unavailable, we'll issue store credit for the item.

Returns

Items purchased during the Oje' Anniversary Sale are not eligible for return. Size exchanges requested within 48 hours of delivery will be fulfilled.

For full price items, we offer no-questions-asked returns within 48 hours of delivery! Requests made after 48 hours won’t be accepted. To request a return:

Email support@ojeliving.com with your order number, product name, and contact details. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags intact. Custom-made, used, and discounted items are not returnable.

A ₹100 per item return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 14–30 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
